Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Seyls. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Seyls is a point of sale and business management platform. It includes tools for sales, inventory, purchasing, customers, expenses, reporting, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Seyls. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate, and tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may invite users to your business. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the access you grant them.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans start with a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your data
The business data you enter into Seyls belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store, including customer records and tax information.
You can export your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Seyls to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the service. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, reselling the service without our agreement, and uploading malicious code.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Seyls available and reliable, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance or updates. Reports and tax documents produced by Seyls depend on the data you enter; review them before relying on them for filings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using Seyls at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present a security risk, or have unpaid fees, and we will give notice where reasonable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you through the service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Seyls after a change means you accept the updated terms.
